To boost communication among cross-regional teams and strengthen team cohesion, the Dongguan and Shenzhen Sales Centers of FOSAN Group embarked on a two-day, one-night coastal team-building trip themed “Chase Mountains and Seas, March Forward Side by Side” from September 5th to 6th.

Stepping away from daily work, the team traveled to the coast of Shenzhen. They enjoyed casual conversations amid pleasant sea views and built deeper trust and rapport amid laughter.

The FOSAN team headed for the shore with great anticipation, chatting along the way. Boarding the yacht for a sea trip, they were greeted by vast blue sea and rolling waves. Everyone set aside the intense pace of project coordination, chatted casually in the comfortable ocean scenery, and built stronger trust and tacit understanding with one another amid laughter.

In the afternoon, teammates checked into coastal homestays for a short rest and enjoyed free leisure time. They played board games, sang karaoke or strolled along the seaside for photos. Everyone relaxed freely and cherished the joy of companionship in the laid-back atmosphere.

As the sun set over the sea, bonfire and warm atmosphere rose. A seaside barbecue dinner kicked off. With delicious food, everyone shared thoughts and encouraged each other. Away from work roles, teammates exchanged insights. Under the night sky, they walked along the coastal boardwalk listening to the waves to release fatigue. Gathered together, they discussed goals and exchanged ideas. Full of passion, this embodies the vibrant spirit of all FOSAN members.

The next morning, bathed in soft sunlight, teammates experienced beach off-road vehicles. Working in pairs and taking turns to drive, they crossed obstacles hand in hand. After the off-road activity, they wandered along Jiaochangwei Beach and visited Dapeng Ancient Town, relaxing and recharging amid mountains, sea and ancient alleys.

A journey through mountains and seas brings united strength. This team building was not merely a pleasant getaway, but also an opportunity to unite and recharge the team. As the frontline force of the group, the sales centers stay aligned with the same mission and always maintain vitality.

Moving forward, all team members will press ahead side by side with the rapport and passion gained from this trip. Upholding craftsmanship and quality, we will face market challenges head-on, forge ahead hand in hand with partners, and march steadily toward our long-term goal of building a world-class electronic component brand.
