2022 is my 16th year working in the electronic components industry, and it has also been a challenging year for professionals in the electronic components industry. Affected by various political and economic factors both domestically and internationally, the entire industry has experienced an unprecedented downturn in many years. In response to this, my management team and I held 118 meetings to make timely adjustments in response to changes in market conditions. Over the past year, Fuxin has carried countless youth and dreams, and has faithfully fulfilled its obligation to promote the country's social and economic development. In the just concluded year of 2022, Fuxin closely followed the government's call, actively responded to policies and market demands, and practiced the core values of "integrity, dedication, learning, altruism, and gratitude" of Fuxin people. Over the past year, the factory's production capacity has gradually increased, with output and sales reaching historic highs; The shipment volume of high-end special products such as automotive resistance, anti vulcanization resistance, and anti surge resistance ranks among the top in the industry; The number of SMT resistor product models has exceeded the 10000 mark, becoming the enterprise with the most complete range of domestic SMT resistor manufacturers.
This year, we have created value with dedication. Diligence is the perseverance of "craftsmanship quality and craftsmanship spirit", the humility of "striving for excellence and continuous improvement", and the attitude of "never giving up until reaching the goal". In the downward trend of the market in 2022, we did not engage in any behavior of sacrificing quality to reduce costs. Instead, we advocated craftsmanship, adhered to the quality line, and leveraged the craftsmanship spirit of various departments. Reasonable budget control by the finance department, effective personnel planning by the human resources department, and strict selection of new product materials by the R&D department all play a great role in cost reduction, making our product cost control in an absolute competitive position in the industry. The production technology team of Fuxin has an average of 18 years of industry experience, which is leading in the industry. However, we still firmly believe in the path of improvement. There is no best, only better. We are customer-centric, striving for excellence, continuous improvement, and constantly improving customer satisfaction. We have established a major customer service department called "Attack Shantou" and set a two-year "Thousand Hundred Goals", which means establishing connections with thousands of customers and achieving cooperation with hundreds of customers. In the sluggish market of 2022, the Key Customer Service Department still achieved its goals as scheduled, which is a reflection of the work attitude of Fuxin people who do not give up until they reach their goals, and also fully demonstrates Fuxin people's sense of responsibility towards their goals. Cheer them on!
We always insist on being grateful. Practicing the values of "dedication" has enabled us to achieve remarkable results in the past year. Such as obtaining the IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certification, jointly establishing an industry university research cooperation base with Nanjing University of Technology, and obtaining the honorary title of Ma'anshan Digital Workshop, etc. We know that all of this is not taken for granted. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the government leaders for their care and strong support. You have provided a favorable business environment for the development of Fuxin. Then, thank you to every customer who supports the development of Fuxin. Your trust has facilitated every hard won cooperation between us. Next, thank you to suppliers at all levels. Your strict control over the delivery and qualification rates of each batch of raw materials is a strong driving force for our development. Finally, thank you to all the Fuxin fighters, your sweat has watered the flower of Fuxin.
