On May 11th, the core team of FOSAN Technology's Manufacturing Department embarked on a wonderful journey combining learning and exploration. The first stop was a deep study tour at Chaozhou Sanhuan, a benchmark in the electronic ceramics industry. Subsequently, the team traveled to Shantou for a two-day cultural experience and relaxation trip, continuously strengthening team cohesion and drawing inspiration for progress through learning and leisure.
The first stop of this study tour took the core team of FOSAN Technology's Manufacturing Department deep into Chaozhou Sanhuan, a company established in 1970 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2014 (stock code: 300408). For years, it has specialized in advanced electronic ceramic materials and components, with products widely applied in cutting-edge fields such as optical communications, consumer electronics, new energy, and semiconductors. Its optical fiber ceramic ferrules, MLCCs (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors), ceramic packaging bases, and other products lead the global market share, achieving "global dominance." In terms of operations, it has achieved 7 billion RMB in revenue from its basic materials business, with a net profit margin exceeding 30%. The net profit margin of its MLCC business is particularly outstanding in the industry. Its unique talent development system, pragmatic and striving corporate culture, and extreme cost control became the focus of the team's learning.
During visits to production workshops, R&D laboratories, and exchanges with technical experts, team members gained firsthand insights into advanced production processes and strict quality control.
Stepping into Sanhuan Group
After the study tour, Guo Yangui, Chairman of FOSAN Technology, shared his ambition: "We also aim to build a world-class brand in electronic components within 30 years!" He stated that Chaozhou Sanhuan's experience has pointed the way for the company's development. FOSAN Technology will take this opportunity to optimize management, increase R&D investment, cultivate talent, and steadily move toward its goals.
After the intensive study tour, the team traveled to Shantou for a two-day relaxation and cultural exploration trip. In Nan'ao, the blue sea, clear sky, and golden beaches allowed team members to unwind. Walking along the shore and chatting about work and life, their laughter further enhanced team cohesion. At the Chaoshan Museum, exhibits carrying historical memories vividly displayed the region's long-standing history, culture, and unique local customs. The spirit of struggle and entrepreneurship embodied in these exhibits deeply touched every team member.
Guo Yangui and Zhou Haisheng, two post-90s Chaoshan young entrepreneurs in the team, were deeply inspired by the trip. They noted that Chaoshan ancestors had forged a path in business through hard work and wisdom. As the new generation of Chaoshan entrepreneurs, they hope to inherit this spirit, take this study tour and trip as an opportunity tocontinuously learn and grow, and aspire to build FOSAN Technology into the next global leader in chip resistors, writing their own chapter of glory in the electronic components industry.
This integrated study and travel journey not only enabled the core team of FOSAN Technology's Manufacturing Department to learn from industry benchmarks but also strengthened team cohesion and ignited entrepreneurial drive through experiencing the charm of Chaoshan culture. In the future, FOSAN Technology will carry forward this harvest and enthusiasm, forge ahead in the electronic components industry, and contribute to promoting the development of China's electronic components industry.
