As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches and the aroma of zongzi fills the air, FOSAN launches a special plan themed "Inheritance · Dialogue" during this traditional festival with a thousand years of cultural heritage. This initiative, centered on perseverance and innovation, is not only a tribute to the festival but also a vivid interpretation of FOSAN's corporate culture and spiritual core.
Originating from the ancient dragon worship ceremony of prehistoric ancestors, the Dragon Boat Festival later evolved with customs such as eating zongzi, dragon boat racing, and hanging mugwort, inspired by the legend of Qu Yuan's sacrifice. These practices embody cultural connotations of praying for blessings, warding off evil, and commemorating sages. To carry forward these traditions, FOSAN has prepared traditional zongzi gift boxes for employees, extending festive greetings and blessings to every hardworking team member.
FOSAN Technology has always practiced a "people-oriented" management culture. On every traditional festival, the company delivers warmth through thoughtful gestures, ensuring that each employee feels the "family-like" care in their journey. This not only breathes new life into Dragon Boat Festival traditions within the enterprise but also helps inherit and promote China's excellent traditional culture.
FOSAN Technology's "Book of the Month" reading club continues its regular activities. In May, participants explored ideas around Attitudes Towards People, Matters, and Work, sparking intellectual exchanges. As colleagues share insights and pages rustle, the wisdom from Kazuo Inamori's Kyocera Philosophy subtly dialogues with the traditional spirit of the Dragon Boat Festival—guarding craftsmanship with a "heaven-respecting" heart and treating partners and society with benevolence. This philosophical thinking serves as the spiritual compass guiding FOSAN's voyage.
This Dragon Boat Festival, FOSAN honors original aspirations with craftsmanship, links innovation to inheritance, and connects dialogue to the future. May every act of perseverance and passion ferment into sweetness over time, much like a Dragon Boat Festival zongzi—where the green reed leaves wrap the weight of millennial civilization, and innovative fillings embrace the vitality of contemporary craftsmanship.
FOSAN Technology wishes all partners and colleagues a happy Dragon Boat Festival and smooth sailing in all endeavors!
