Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Anhui Province announced the list of provincial-level enterprise R&D

centers recognized in 2025. The R&D center of Anhui Fuxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., under our FOSAN Group, 

has been successfully selected. This not only represents high recognition of Fuxin Semiconductor's R&D capabilities but also 

marks an important milestone in FOSAN's development journey. It signifies that our innovation capabilities in the electronic 

components field have received authoritative validation at the provincial level, while also highlighting new breakthroughs in 

the construction of scientific and technological innovation platforms for enterprises in Zhengpugang New Area.

This approval is a testament to FOSAN's years of dedication and continuous innovation in the field of electronic components. 

We have always focused on "FOSAN Resistors" (passive components) and "Fuxin Semiconductor" (discrete devices) as

 our core businesses, building a comprehensive product matrix that includes chip resistors, alloy resistors, MOSFETs, diodes, 

transistors, MLCC capacitors, and more. With our persistent pursuit of technological innovation and precise understanding 

of market trends, we have successfully developed a series of advanced packaging solutions, which are now serving several 

leading enterprises in the industry.

By the end of 2024, Zhengpugang New Area had secured approval for one provincial-level new R&D institution, 

two provincial-level enterprise R&D centers, and three provincial-level enterprise technology centers.

Now, the successfulselection of FOSAN's Fuxin Semiconductor R&D Center has injected new vitality into

 the development of the semiconductor industry in the New Area, driving collaborative innovation and 

growth in related regional industries.
