Recently, the "Unite as One for Maritime Prosperity, Forge Ahead with Competitive Spirit" Tug-of-War Competition, hosted by the Bureau of Social Affairs and the Federation of Trade Unions of Maanshan Zhengpugang New Area, successfully concluded at the New Area Staff Cultural & Sports Center.

On the competition field, FOSAN players shared the same aspiration and pooled their strength. Gripping the tug rope firmly and bracing their feet against the ground, they gave their all amid uniform battle cries. Every pull of the rope marked a contest of physical strength as well as a convergence of team conviction; every moment of persistence embodied FOSAN staff’s perseverance to never yield or give up. Cheering from on-site colleagues echoed nonstop along the sidelines, fueling the competitors’ energy and reflecting FOSAN’s team ethos of solidarity and mutual success.

Whether in daily work or side-by-side struggles on the sports field, FOSAN consistently advocates the team spirit of uniting minds and combining efforts, helping every employee gain a strong sense of belonging and boosting corporate cohesion and productivity through a positive working atmosphere.
