Fuhe Electronics’ production base covers a total area of over 10000 m², including a 10000 m² standardized workshop specially built for alloy resistor production. The workshop is equipped with latest generation high end production equipment, including high precision stamping machines, professional alloy resistor welding systems and fully automatic testing instruments. It has completed the construction of core alloy resistor manufacturing processes including stamping and shunt component production, and holds multiple invention patents covering key technologies such as intelligent spot welding, laser welding, drilling and surface grinding for alloy resistor products.
The workshop adopts digital, standardized and visualized full process traceability management, effectively ensuring high production yield, stable operation, as well as excellent dimensional and electrical precision of finished products.
Fuhe Electronics mainly produces alloy resistors, current detection resistors, current sampling resistors, shunt resistors and other high performance new resistor components. Its product power range covers 1W to 36W and above, with maximum resistance accuracy of ±0.5% and ultra low TCR as low as ±50 ppm/℃. Its product solutions are widely applied in automotive electronics, industrial robots, frequency converters, motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), new energy systems, household appliance controllers, power tools and other high tech fields.
